Just an update for stage 4 lockdown. We have been granted a permit to operate under stage 4. Our team is committed to providing a safe service, for you and all our employees. We are in full support, of the President and the national cabinet's decision.

To contribute towards the reduction & further cross contamination. We have implemented the below. We know this may not always be convenient, however we need to remain committed to fighting COVID-19 together.

This is in the best interest of you, our staff, drivers and the world at large:

1. All pickups and deliveries are contactless. Please place the bag outside your house. If you don't have a Laundro bag, one will be provided to you.
2. All our drivers will wear facemasks & protective latex gloves.
3. No collections will be done from before 5am and after 8pm.
4. All laundry, has and will always be washed separately.
5. We'll continue sending updates via Email & Whatsapp.
6. We sanitise each workstation to ensure you and our staff remain protected
7. We use plastic bags, that are recycled immediately once it reaches the washbay.
8. All staff wear protective gear & equipment

We wish you and your family safety during this time. Please remain indoors, and follow suggested instructions to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
